Description
Trunks hails from an alternate future where Earth descended into apocalyptic ruin after Future Androids 17 and 18 were activated. These androids systematically exterminated most defenders, including Vegeta, Piccolo, and the Dragon Team, leaving Future Gohan as the sole survivor. Raised by his mother, Bulma, and trained under Gohan's mentorship, Trunks witnessed Gohan's death at the androids' hands. This tragedy triggered his transformation into a Super Saiyan, a pivotal moment in his development. He then became Earth's sole protector until journeying to the past in a time machine seeking a solution.
