Simone D'Andrea is an Italian voice actor, born in Milan on November 20, 1973. He began his career in the entertainment world in 1994 and is active in dubbing for animation, live-action films, television, and video games. He is associated with Merak Film and other dubbing studios in Italy. His voice is also known as the official promos for the satellite television channel Sky Uno since 2009.

D'Andrea is most widely recognized for providing the Italian voice of James, a member of Team Rocket, in the long-running Pokémon anime series. He has voiced the character for numerous television episodes and nearly all of the animated films, including Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution, Pokémon: The Power of Us, and Pokémon: Secrets of the Jungle. Another signature role is that of the adult Future Trunks in the Dragon Ball franchise, featured in Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and the film Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. He also voices Itachi Uchiha in the Italian versions of Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden. In the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, he is known as the voice of Katsuya Jonouchi, known as Joey Wheeler in English, as well as Aster Phoenix in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. His repertoire includes the lead role of Sousuke Sagara in Full Metal Panic!, Yoh Asakura in Shaman King, and Tyson Granger and Kyoya Tategami in the Beyblade series. For Western animation dubbed into Italian, he has voiced characters such as Wally West as The Flash in Justice League and Oswald "Otto" Rocket in Rocket Power.

In addition to animation, D'Andrea has a prolific career dubbing live-action content. He is a primary Italian voice for actors including Cillian Murphy, Colin Farrell, Channing Tatum, and Jonathan Rhys Meyers. Notable film roles include General Hux in the Star Wars sequel trilogy films, Clark Kent in Superman Returns, and characters in films such as Inception, The Devil Wears Prada, and the Daddy's Home series.

D'Andrea has also contributed his voice to video games, most prominently as the voice of Ratchet in the first three games of the Ratchet & Clank series and the 2016 animated film adaptation.
