He is a versatile figure in the French entertainment industry, working as a comédien, an ADR and theater director, and an author. His career is primarily known for his extensive work in anime dubbing, where he provides the French voices for a wide array of characters across many popular series.

Souterelle has built a reputation for voicing powerful, often large and intimidating characters. One of his most prominent and recurring roles is that of Endeavor in the long-running series My Hero Academia and its associated film, My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes' Mission. He also brings to life other iconic strongmen, such as the unmatched Yujiro Hanma in Baki Hanma and the formidable Lü Bu in Record of Ragnarok.
