Ricco Fajardo is an American voice actor known for his extensive work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime series. Born in California in 1983, he is a second-generation American who studied musical theater at the University of California, Irvine, before receiving classical acting training at Southern Methodist University. After completing his graduate studies, he remained in Texas, where he began working regularly in various performance fields, including voice acting, motion capture, and traditional theater. He started his voice acting career in 2012.

Fajardo is primarily associated with Funimation and Crunchyroll, as well as other studios like OkraTron 5000 and Sound Cadence Studios. He has portrayed a wide variety of characters, often bringing energy and emotional depth to his roles. Among his most recognized performances are Mirio Togata in My Hero Academia, Kotaro Tatsumi in the Zombie Land Saga series, and Taiju Oki in the Dr. Stone franchise. He also voices the character Benimaru in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and its spin-off, The Slime Diaries.

His filmography includes many other prominent roles. He has voiced Shinichi Sakurai in Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!, Itona Horibe in Assassination Classroom, Haruhiro in Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash, and Yoichi Isagi in BLUELOCK. In series like Golden Kamuy, he took on the role of Kiroranke, and in Sarazanmai, he played Toi Kuji. His work spans multiple genres, including fantasy, drama, and comedy, with additional credits in Fire Force as Karim Fulham, The Case Study of Vanitas as Roland, and Trapped in a Dating Sim as Julius Rapha Holfort.

Fajardo has also collaborated with various studios outside of Texas, including Iyuno and Bang Zoom! Entertainment in California. His work has been recognized by the industry; he won the Behind the Voice Actors Award for Breakthrough Voice Actor of the Year in 2016 and has received several other nominations for his performances in series like Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash and the film Genocidal Organ.
