Kōsuke Toriumi is a Japanese voice actor born on May 16, 1973. He is affiliated with the talent agency Arts Vision and has been active in the voice acting industry since his debut in 1996. His early career involved minor roles in anime and video games, a common starting point for newcomers, before he progressed to more substantial and leading parts in the 2000s and 2010s.

Toriumi has built an extensive and diverse filmography across anime, video games, and original video animations. He is known for his versatile vocal range, capable of portraying a wide variety of character types, from cool-headed protagonists and rivals to humorous figures and memorable villains. In anime television, some of his most prominent roles include Kiba Inuzuka in the long-running series Naruto, Guido Mista in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind, Cecil Aijima in Uta no Prince-sama, Shunsuke Imaizumi in Yowamushi Pedal, Acnologia in Fairy Tail, Flashy Flash in One Punch Man, Szayel Aporro Grantz in Bleach, and Hajime Saitō in the Hakuouki series. He also voiced Gyokko in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
