Description
After returning from the fierce battle on Treasure Island, Senku and the Kingdom of Science successfully revive Tsukasa Shishio from his cold sleep using the petrification device they acquired, gaining a powerful new ally. Their triumph leads to a stunning discovery: the source of the mysterious signal known as Whyman, the mastermind behind humanitys mass petrification, is located on the Moon. To confront this unknown adversary, Senku launches his most audacious project yet, building a functional spaceship from scratch in the Stone World.

The Kingdom of Science immediately sets sail aboard the Perseus, embarking on a global voyage to gather the vast resources needed for the spacecraft. Their first destination is the American continent, where they seek a massive supply of corn, the ideal raw material for mass-producing revival fluid. Upon reaching the shores of California, however, they find not an empty wilderness but a thriving and highly advanced scientific civilization. This new kingdom is led by Dr. Xeno Houston Wingfield, a brilliant former NASA scientist and one of Senkus childhood mentors. Unlike Senku's cooperative philosophy of using science to liberate all humanity, Dr. Xeno believes in establishing a new world order through force and superior technology, backed by his elite military right hand, the sniper Stanley Snyder. What follows is a fast-paced war of ideologies and tactics, pitting science against science as the two geniuses clash over the future of the human race.

After successfully capturing Dr. Xeno and evading Stanleys relentless pursuit, the crew sets course for South America, the origin point of the initial petrification beam. In the depths of the Amazon rainforest, they discover the secrets of the Medusa devices, the mysterious mechanism behind the worldwide catastrophe. Their investigation triggers a second global petrification event, turning humanity to stone once more. This disaster leaves Suika, the young girl in the watermelon helmet, as the only person revived for years. Demonstrating incredible perseverance, she survives alone, studies Senkus old research, and painstakingly recreates the revival fluid through trial and error. Her success in bringing Senku back after seven solitary years stands as one of the most emotionally powerful moments in the series. With their forces reunited and Dr. Xeno now cooperating, Senku pushes forward with the ultimate gamble: building a moon rocket to finally confront Whyman on the lunar surface, risking everything to restore the world and secure the future of humanity.
